A man who claimed Google was ‘trying to torture him’ crashed his car into a building near the company’s New York City headquarters Tuesday, injuring a 12-year-old girl and two women.

Jason Bitton, 34, lost control of his white Ford Fusion and drove onto the sidewalk around 6pm Tuesday near the intersection of 15th Street and 10th Avenue.

The man smashed into a glass structure about two blocks from Google’s Chelsea market, striking the three pedestrians in the process.

Near his vehicle, a cardboard sign reading ‘Google tortured me’ was found, along with a gas can, and a pill bottle video taken by FREEDOMNEWS TV shows.

Bitton has claimed for years that the tech giant was abusing him by using sudden bright flashes across all of his electronic devices, posts on Facebook show.

Posts on Bitton’s personal Facebook page shed light on his mental state over the previous several years.

He has long accused the tech giant of torturing him, resulting in psychical pain.

‘I guess Google thinks it’s ok to torture someone across their entire Android O.S ecosystem system, no security updates for almost 4 years,’ he wrote in 2021.

He has also repeatedly accused Google of ‘news censorship.’

In other photos and videos, Bitton went into police precincts to try and report the company for alleged cybercrimes.

‘America has fallen,’ he wrote after police reportedly said they were unable to help.

‘The Constitution is Undermined by Big Tech. NYC Bureuracurcy [sic] is focused on using AI in wrong places especially Social Control, why look around you,’ he wrote.

Court records show the man had filed a lawsuit against Google in the Brooklyn Supreme Court in 2019.

At the time, he claimed they had ‘covert access to injure and harass’ him.

The complaint also stated that Bitton was ‘diagnosed with extreme Photophobia’ which is an extreme sensitivity to light.

It states he made ‘multiple visits to the hospital for debilitating headaches, eye pain, spinal and body pain’ because of Google’s alleged ‘torture.’

Bitton’s court motions were ultimately denied.

‘While the court sympathizes with Mr. Bitton’s persisting injuries and physical ailments, he simply cannot bring his complaints in the present form,” a filing states.
