A Utah mother is missing after she did not board her cruise ship in San Francisco on Monday evening.
Alaina Marie Adams, 33, vanished before boarding the Celebrity Solstice cruise in San Francisco Sunday which was supposed to depart from Pier 27 Monday.
It remains unclear whether the 33-year-old had already boarded the 7-day cruise liner from its original destination in Los Angeles or was joining the cruise from San Francisco.
Police said they received a call around 6pm, from an unknown caller, an hour after the cruise was slated to exit the harbor, reporting the woman missing.
One photo released by police shows Adams sitting down with what appears to be headphones in and her backpack strapped to the front of her body. But police are yet to identify where the surveillance picture was taken.
Her last location in the Bay Area city is ‘unknown’ and despite the suspicious circumstances, police said there is ‘no evidence of foul play.’

According Adams social media, she appears to have at least one daughter but it remains unclear whether she was with her at the time of her disappearance.
In a tweet sent out Tuesday evening, the San Francisco Police Department asked the public for assistance locating the missing mother.
Adams, who identifies herself as a Midvale, Utah resident on Facebook, was reportedly on a Celebrity Cruise ship which had an overnight stop in the Bay Area.
It’s unclear who she was with at the time and who reported her missing, although police described the caller as a woman.
DailyMail.com has reached out to the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) for more information but did not immediately receive a response.
The cruise was slated to depart from the city’s Pier 27 at 5pm, according to the port’s schedule, and Adams never made it to the ship.
Several family members and friends were also reached out to for comment.
‘At this time, there are no known (imminent) risk factors associated with Adams and there is no evidence of foul play,’ police wrote.
DailyMail.com also reached out to Celebrity Cruises for comment on the woman’s disappearance but are yet to hear back.

Adams is described as white, 5’4″ tall, and roughly 140 pounds.
She has black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos behind both ears and a tattoo on her right foot.
The SFPD Special Victims/Missing Persons Unit is leading this investigation.
While the details surrounding her disappearance are troublesome, police say they do not believe there are imminent risks to her safety.
