The glamorous sister of Bob Lee’s accused killer, who allegedly attended drug-fueled sex parties with him, has arrived in court to support her brother for his arraignment.
Khazar Momeni’s brother Nima, 38, is accused of stabbing the Cash App founder, 43, in the heart with a four-inch black blade kitchen knife after quizzing him about his alleged sexual relationship with his married party-girl sister.
Khazar has supported her brother since his arrest – but she stepped into the San Francisco court this morning for her brother’s arraignment without her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Dino Elyassnia.
Lee and Khazar were part of the crowd of affluent San Francisco partygoers known as ‘The Lifestyle’ who attended debauched events where swingers and cheaters would gather for casual, drug-fueled sex, it’s since emerged.
The Cash App founder was stabbed to death on April 4.

On the fateful night, at a party in San Francisco, Nima Momeni confronted Lee and asked if his sister was doing drugs or ‘anything inappropriate.’ According to a witness, Lee told Momeni that nothing inappropriate had happened.
Authorities say that Nima and Lee met up again later that night at Khazar’s luxury apartment in Millennium Tower.
Surveillance footage showed the two getting into Nima’s white BMW at around 2am on April 4 and leave the scene.
He is believed to have drove Lee to a secluded area several streets over, where he stabbed the Cash app founder multiple times with a kitchen knife.
Nima then allegedly left Lee to bleed out in the middle of the street.

Lee was seen stumbling and was begging for help that night before collapsing near the Bay Bridge, just 16 minutes from Khazar’s apartment.
Police have said Khazar was texting Lee around the time he died.
‘Just wanted to make sure your doing ok Cause I know nima came wayyyyyy down hard on you,’ she wrote in one of these messages.
‘And thank you for being such a class man handling it with class. Love you Selfish p****s.’
Khazar and Nima Momeni immigrated to the US from Iran as children.
He was known for being more recluse, whereas she married a plastic surgeon and was a glamorous party girl in San Francisco’s so-called ‘The Lifestyle.’
Thursday’s court appearance comes after Momeni’s attorney demanded her client be released due to police relying too heavily on grainy CCTV.

In a Monday court filing, attorney Paula Canny said the narrative created by law enforcement against her client, Nima Momeni, was built on faulty foundations and does not prove he killed Lee in the early hours of April 4.
According to the San Francisco Standard, Canny argues police spent eight days after the killing creating a compilation video made up of fuzzy surveillance footage.
She said the case relies too heavily on this footage and that it is too blurry to ID either Momeni or Lee.
Lee’s stabbing death on April 4 was originally thought to have been the result of random violence in the crime-ridden city of San Francisco.
But as a web of connections between Lee, Momeni, Momeni’s sister and alleged attendance at underground sex and drug parties, other theories of the crime have emerged.
The video referred to by Canny begins with a bloodied and dazed Lee, staggering along Main Street in the wake of the 2:30am attack.
Prior to this he appears to have an altercation with a dark figure on the other side of the road, which prosecutors believe is Momeni.
At the intersection with Harrison Street, a short walk from the iconic Embarcadero waterfront, Lee stepped in front of a car and appeared to lean over the hood pleading for assistance.
The interaction lasted mere seconds but the driver of the unidentified red vehicle drove away.
Lee then stumbled toward the Portside apartment building at 403 Main Street, but before he can hit the electronic intercom, he collapsed.
The dying man was motionless on the ground for several moments but managed to get to his knees and fumble with his phone.
When a second car drives past, he makes another attempt to wave it down, his outstretched hands covered in blood – but the motorist again drives away.
Eventually, Lee gets to his feet, his face drained of all color, and he staggered out of the picture at 2:36am, clutching his chest and leaving a trail of blood spatter on the sidewalk.
In separate CCTV, a mysterious hooded figure is seen searching flower beds in the same street where Lee was knifed, shortly after the attack.
