Good Morning America co-anchor T.J. Holmes has hired Robert H. Moses, who was proclaimed New York City‘s ‘Lawyer of the Year,’ as he preps to battle estranged wife in court.
Holmes officially filed for divorce Wednesday from his wife of 12 years, Marilee Fiebig, with whom he has one daughter, after his affair with co-anchor Amy Robach made headlines.
Moses received the ‘Lawyer of the Year’ honor from Best Lawyers’ Magazine’s 2023 Family Law Edition. He’s a partner at Moses Ziegelman Richards & Notaro, LLP, who practice out of an upscale Midtown Manhattan office on Third Avenue.
Fiebig herself is an immigration lawyer in addition to her work as Chief Diversity Officer for Save the Children.

Moses’ bio says his clients ‘range from celebrities and high net worth individuals in financial, publishing, sports, and other fields to those of more modest means.’
The attorney, who started at the firm which specializes in marital law in 2011, has also been featured on Super Lawyers, a list of highly-rated attorneys, since 2006.
The firm describes itself as a ’boutique matrimonial firm’ that handles ‘matters of divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, paternity, orders of protection, prenuptial, post-nuptial and divorce agreements.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to Moses for comment.
Both Holmes and Robach have been married to their respective spouses, Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue, since 2010. Both couples are said to have split up in August this year after learning of the co-hosts’ romance.
At first Robach and Holmes seemed determined to brazen it out – with TJ sparking disbelief when he appeared alongside Robach and made light of the scandal after their relationship became public.
Then, speaking on Friday December 2, he joked that it had been ‘a great week’ and that he wished it would ‘just keep going.’
Their next move was to claim that they were ‘openly dating’ and speak about ‘growing their relationship.’

When Holmes was first approached for comment by DailyMail.com, his knee-jerk reaction was a career-saving attempt to ‘adamantly deny’ the relationship existed at all.
Sources later told DailyMail.com that while the two have accepted the fate of their marriages, they don’t want to ‘jeopardize their futures with the network any more than they already have.’
Meanwhile, Andrew Shue’s son posted a somber picture without his stepmom, Robach, on Wednesday.
Nate Shue posted a photo online with his dad, 55, as well as brothers Aidan and Wyatt, as they sat together on an outdoor sofa looking somber. Noticeably absent was Robach, Nate’s stepmother.
‘RIDERS ON THE STORM. ON TO ‘23,’ Nate, 26, captioned the snap. Shue shares his three sons with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney, from whom he divorced in 2008.

Meanwhile Robach shares daughters Ava, 19, and Analise, 16, with ex-husband Tim McIntosh. The duo also divorced in 2008.
Commentators quickly gave Andrew words of praise for spending time with his boys, with one writing: ‘I’m glad you spent Christmas with your boys stay strong you are going to make it.’
After DailyMail.com revealed that both the married co-anchors were having an affair, both Holmes’ and Robach’s 12-year marriages were left in tatters.
Their employment at ABC also still hangs in the balance, as the network has yet to make a final decision on whether either or both will return to their lunchtime show.
Holmes and Robach were previously suspended ‘indefinitely’ following the revelation that their well-publicized friendship and on-screen chemistry had ‘crossed the line.’
They had tried to keep their distance in the immediate aftermath of the story breaking, as sources questioned whether the relationship could survive the onslaught of attention.
They were last seen in photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, where the couple seemed happy as they were bundled up for a shopping trip while they enjoy some quality time together for the holidays in Miami, Florida.
