Two children are dead, and six are injured after a bus driver crashed into a daycare center in Canada on Wednesday.
Witnesses watched as the unidentified 51-year-old driver plowed into the building and into a group of 12 people with one child pronounced dead at the scene.
Parents rushed to help the children stuck under the bus after they were run over, CBC reported. The six children injured are currently in the hospital and expected to survive.
The cause of the crash wasn’t revealed but witnesses said the driver acted ‘erratic’ following the incident. He was arrested and charged with homicide.
