Ukraine is aiming to hold a peace summit by the end of February, the Ukrainian foreign minister said.

Dmytro Kuleba said Ukraine will do whatever it can to win the war in 2023 – adding diplomacy always plays an important role.

He suggested that a possible peace summit would take place at the United Nations with secretary-general Antonio Guterres as mediator of the talks.

Dmytro Kuleba, in an interview with Associated Press after the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to the US last week, said that he was ‘absolutely satisfied’ by the trip and the talks that were conducted.
