This can lead to irritability, mood swings, and stress, which tends to affect a marriage in a very negative sense. To solve this issue, parents can take turns caring for the baby during the night, ask for help from family or friends, or hire a babysitter to watch the baby for a few hours so they can catch up on sleep.
