The police said that someone shot at Alexcia’s car while she was driving on a highway called I-95N. Another woman who was sitting next to Alexcia was hurt badly. The car had lots of holes from the bullets according to the police report.

Jones and Alexcia’s dad Paul Anderson is asking for the truth about why Alexcia passed away. They don’t understand because they don’t know of anyone who had a problem with her. They want to know what happened because they say that Alexcia never got in trouble and didn’t have any enemies.
Jones said that they want to help Alexcia’s family pay for the funeral and food after the funeral or just be there to support them. They also want to help kids in the area by bringing them things they need like supplies.
One of the hardest things for Alexcia’s family is that her daughter will have to grow up without her mom.
Anderson said that Alexcia was his best friend and he loved her very much. Her death made him feel like something important was taken away from him and he wants to make sure that justice is done.
The “In Her Innocence The Alexcia Anderson Foundation” already collected more than $10000 by asking people for money on GoFundMe and they plan to do more things to get more money.
They will use the money to help families who lost someone because of murder and to give rewards to people who tell the police important information about cases that they still haven’t solved.
