Nick Allegretti couldn’t be happier! The football player played for the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday’s US Professional Football League finals. Millions of people in the stadium and in front of TV screens watched as the Chiefs won the Super Bowl for the third time in their history. Nick Allegretti had double reason to celebrate that day. Just before the game, the sports star’s twins were born!
Just hours before Nick played for the Kansas City Chiefs at the Super Bowl, he Facetimed as his wife Christina gave birth to their two babies. “It’s the best day of my life, no matter what happens. I’ve become the father of two daughters. Unbelievable,” said the 26-year-old before the game on “Good Morning America”.
However, Nick wasn’t the only Kansas City Chiefs football player to welcome his child into the world ahead of the Super Bowl. Chariah Gordon, the girlfriend of Mecole Hardman Jr. (24), went into labor before the game. She gave birth to a healthy boy. However, unlike Nick, Mecole did not compete in the Super Bowl himself this year due to a pelvic injury.
