She claimed that her husband and the court system had prevented her from seeing her children, implying that her babies were in the custody of her husband.
Similarly, one emotionally distressing video shared by Kassenoff captured one of her daughters in tears, expressing her reluctance to be with the person her mother called a “crazy guy.”
The court had granted primary parental responsibility to Allan, while Kassenoff accused him of employing various tactics to keep her away from their three daughters.
This included multiple attempts to have her arrested. Kassenoff claimed that Allan had made a false emergency call to the authorities, alleging that she posed a threat of harm to him or their children.
Reportedly, he even recorded her interactions with the police during their questioning. Still, no arrests were made as the authorities eventually realized the falsehood of his claims, as per Kassenoff’s account.
Similarly, in January 2022, Kassenoff was arrested on allegations of violating a protective order by approaching her daughter, which resulted in her termination from the governor’s office. However, the charges were later dismissed.
Kassenoff further contended that the court system had taken away not only her children but also her residence, her pets, and her life savings, leaving her devastated and bereft of her former life.
