Cristiano Ronaldo (38) has chosen a traditional look. The professional footballer officially joined the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr at the end of 2022. In January he was on the pitch for the desert state club for the first time. And in its first game, the team was able to win straight away. Now the traditional founding day has been celebrated in Saudi Arabia – and Cristiano celebrates the festival together with his club and a sword in hand.
In his Instagram story, Cristiano publishes pictures of his first founding party. The holiday was duly celebrated by the club bosses and his teammates. The native Portuguese wears the traditional robes of his new homeland and even holds a sword in one of the pictures. “Happy founding day, Saudi Arabia. What a special experience to take part in the celebration with Al-Nassr,” congratulated the athlete enthusiastically.
Apparently, Cristiano has really settled into his new club and his new home. But even if his first appearance at Al-Nassr was successful, he caused a laughing stock among football fans. When he thanks the support with a photo, the followers notice that he missed the ball shortly after the shot.
