Chelsea fans surely won’t be able to keep their eyes off Brazilian football for the next year.

That’s because supporters will be desperate to keep watch on the progress of their new youngster Estevao Willian.

The Blues confirmed in June that they’ve agreed a deal to sign Palmeiras talent Estevao.

He will officially move to Stamford Bridge next summer. For now, the 17-year-old attacker remains at Brazilian top-flight club Palmeiras to continue his development.

Remarkably, the teenage winger is currently starring as a key player for his Brazilian club.

Estevao Willian shines in latest performance

Estevao helped Palmeiras record a 3-1 league win over Atletico Goianiense yesterday.

The future Chelsea star assisted one goal with his pass into the box. Also, he was heavily involved when the opposition scored an own goal.

National media in Brazil was yet again full of praise for Estevao after his club display.

Brazilian newspaper Globo wrote: “Estevao Willian – 7/10.

“Even though he was marked hard, he found space throughout the game. He provided an assist and finished the ball in the third goal, an own goal. Decisive, again.”

Future Chelsea attacker is in great form

Estevao has now scored two goals and made two assists in his last three matches for Palmeiras.

The right-winger is producing superb individual moments on the pitch right now.

He’s so effective when he ghosts infield on his strong left foot. The fact he’s playing like this in the Palmeiras first team is even more exciting, too.

FotMob data has provided the individual statistics from Estevao’s latest performance this week:
