Rivals fans have taken the opportunity to poke fun at Chelsea star Enzo Fernandez after naming his favourite Stamford Bridge chant.
Fernandez joined Chelsea in a British-record £107million deal from Benfica in January on an eight-and-a-half year deal.
The midfielder took part in an interview discussing his time at Stamford Bridge so far and goals for the upcoming season.
Fernandez, who made 22 appearances last campaign, was also asked about his favourite Chelsea song.
“The one I like the most is ‘Come on Chelsea, come on Chelsea’! I love that one, I like it,” the Argentinian World Cup winner replied.
The joke is Chelsea only have one song – and his response instantly went viral amongst rival fans.
One said: “His 2nd favourite chant… ‘Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea… Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea…'”
Another added: “Is this because that’s the only one they have maybe.”
A third wrote: “I genuinely thought this was a p**take when I saw someone tweet it yesterday.”
With fourth commenting: “Must have been hard a choice between that and ‘Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea’.”
Fernandez, who praised new boss Mauricio Pochettino in the interview, is certainly optimistic ahead of the upcoming campaign.
“We want to be an aggressive team, a team that attacks and defends well, that goes into every game to win it whoever we’re playing against and look to dominate every game we’re in.
“And obviously we want to try to win the Premier League, that’s our goal this year. As well as that, I think the cups in England start in January, but the main aim this year is to win the Premier League.”
Chelsea kick-off the new season against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on August 13.
