Kylian Mbappe has reportedly made some huge demands if he is to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The French superstar has made it clear to PSG that he wants to leave just a year after signing a contract extension at Parc des Princes.

Real Madrid wanted to sign the forward on a free transfer last summer, but he made the decision to stay in the French capital.

But now Mbappe has plans to depart, though he will not come cheap for any potential suitor.

According to Marca, the 24-year-old is demanding a whopping £206million-a-year salary – which works out to almost £4m-per-week.

And that has ruled out Real this window, who according to the Spanish news outlet, believe Mbappe is a ‘prisoner of his own demands’.

He is already earning nearly £1m-a-week at Les Parisiens and a move away would need him to take a pay cut rather than a pay rise.

Liverpool have been speculated to have been interested, but will not go close to these demands and are in a similar boat to Real.

However, Mbappe appears to have made his mind up about leaving PSG having told them that he will not sign a new contract in a statement.

Mbappe will be out of contract next summer and will be allowed to talk to clubs outside of France from January 1, 2024 over a pre-contract agreement.

There is an option in his contract to extend by another season, but only Mbappe has the power to trigger it.

Mbappe is currently on holiday so any imminent decision over his future is not expected for the next few weeks.

But a dream move to Madrid is not financially viable at the moment, despite the loss of Karim Benzema.

The striker left the Bernabeu this summer for Saudi Pro League champions Al Ittihad.

Many believed Mbappe would be the man to arrive, but Los Blancos have turned to Newcastle flop Joselu instead.

Liverpool are also well stocked in attack as well having signed Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo last season.

Jurgen Klopp can also count on new arrival Dominik Szoboszlai, with the Hungarian able to operate on either flank as well as in midfield.
