Juventus believe one Chelsea player could help bring something fresh to their squad this summer.

Chelsea have been extremely busy during this transfer window.

There have been plenty of arrivals and departures at Stamford Bridge.

The likes of Thiago Silva, Ian Maatsen and Omari Hutchinson have all left west London, and more exits could be on the horizon.

A few academy graduates, for example, have been linked with moves away from the club. But there could also be more arrivals, with Chelsea said to be interested in Nico Williams.

Juventus want Chelsea player on loan

Chelsea allowed several of their players to leave the club on loan last season.

The above includes Armando Broja, Romelu Lukaku and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Regarding Broja, it looks like he could leave Chelsea on loan again.

According to Tutto Juve, Juventus are interested in signing the striker on loan with an option to buy.

The outlet claims that the Old Lady view Broja, who spent the second half of the 2023/24 campaign at Fulham, as a young player who could help rejuvenate their squad.

Should Chelsea allow Armando Broja to join Juventus on loan?

Right now, Chelsea are looking for a striker.

They have signed Marc Guiu, but he could join Sevilla for the 2024/25 season.

Chelsea’s interest in Samu Omorodion has reportedly cooled, so a move for the Atletico Madrid man looks unlikely.

All of the above leaves the club in a position where it may be wise to consider keeping hold of Broja.

They have relied too heavily on Nicolas Jackson, who made 44 appearances last term. And while Christopher Nkunku can play as a striker, it is not his natural position.

Ultimately, if Chelsea cannot sign another centre-forward this summer, it may be worth keeping hold of Broja instead of allowing him to join Juventus on loan.

If they end up selling Broja, he could cost £30m, according to one report from the Daily Express.
