Chelsea have just shared the intriguing information of which Blues player recorded the most shirt sales for last season.
There was certainly plenty of ups and downs during the 2023/24 campaign at Stamford Bridge, but the support of the Chelsea fanbase never wavered.
We’re not in an era when the Blues have iconic figures such as Frank Lampard, John Terry and Didier Drogba playing for them.
Let’s hope that over time superstars can emerge from this very young squad, though.

Chelsea shirt sales last season
Chelsea have now confirmed via their official Instagram account which of their players sold the most shirts last season.
Chelsea’s top five shirt sales of 2023/24:
- 5) Mykhailo Mudryk
- 4) Cole Palmer
- 3) Thiago Silva
- 2) Reece James
- 1) Enzo Fernandez
The Chelsea Chronicle predicts that Palmer will be a #1 spot next season after emerging as a real talisman at Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Fernandez a real Blues favourite
Fernandez’s individual form was below par by his high standard last season.
The Argentine central midfielder certainly has the backing of supporters, though.
Hopefully, the 23-year-old star can regain his form next year under new head coach Enzo Maresca.
Fernandez, who cost Chelsea £106.8m from Benfica in January 2023 (Sky Sports), can dictate the midfield with his range of passing when he’s in the mood.
It would be great to see his partnership with midfield star Moises Caicedo really develop next season.
