Alexa Chung and ex-boyfriend Alexander Skarsgard narrowly avoided bumping into each other on the streets of New York on Thursday.
Model and presenter Alexa, 39, was spotted getting her nails done at a salon in the Big Apple when her ex walked past shortly after.
However, the beauty is now dating actor Tom Sturridge, 37, who is best known for his work in the Netflix hit The Sandman.
For the outing, Alexa looked chic in a long dark grey coat and jeans, which she teamed with white Nike sneakers.

She wore her dark locks out and around her shoulders and appeared to be makeup free.
The brunette spent time choosing a colour at the salon.
Alexander meanwhile, who is known for The Legend of Tarzan and The Northman, kept things casual.
He almost flew under the radar in an all-black outfit and green beanie and sunglasses.
He walked around the Big Apple with a pair of pods in his ears and a light bag over his shoulder.
At the time that their split was reported, friends claimed the separation was entirely amicable.
A source told E! Online: ‘No one cheated on anyone. It was a clean breakup that was caused by busy schedules and distance.
‘They really did love each other and were pretty serious. They still have respect for each other.’

Speaking in the December edition of Vogue UK, Sienna expressed her approval for their romance, and said: ‘I’m really happy for them. It’s genuinely lovely.’
She even joked about their co-parenting situation and revealed that Marlowe has come home with Alexa’s jumpers which she has since claimed for herself.
Sienna quipped: ‘I’ve got one upstairs!’
