Two months earlier, The Age of Adaline star announced that she had delivered their newest family member by simply sharing a snap where her baby bump was no longer visible.
Lively and the Deadpool actor already share three daughters — James, eight, Inez, six, and Betty, three.
None of their four children — including the newborn, whose name and gender have not yet been revealed — were seen in her snaps.
