The I’m A Celebrity All Stars contestant amused her followers with a funny skit in which she embraced all aspects of herself.
She joked she had a ‘hoe phase’ while posing in lingerie, then ‘trust issues’ as the camera cut to her in bed, ‘alcoholism’ as she swigged from a champagne bottle and finally ‘don’t care no more’, as she posed sitting in a skip.
The TikTok trend has commonly been used to demonstrate the various stages of getting over a break up.
Helen – who originally posted the clip on TikTok last month – recently made the ‘final call’ to split from her fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The mother-of-three looked sensational as she posed in the video in a black lingerie set that showcased her recent boob job.
Her toned abs were also on display while she also donned a pair of sexy semi-sheer stockings with lace hold ups.
She shared the video after being asked what her ‘favourite thing to do’ is, revealing she loved making social media content.
Helen split with Scott six months ago after 13 years and three children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, together.
She sparked speculation of a reunion when she put her ‘engagement ring’ back on for a recent Instagram post.
Yet she’s only said to be putting on a united front with the footballer, 34, for their children’s sake, with no plans to rekindle their romance.
According to claims, Helen was guided by her I’m A Celebrity South Africa co-star Carol Vorderman, 62, who has been open in the past about her own five ‘special friends’.
A source told The Sun: ‘Helen was at a crossroads in her relationship when she went into the jungle this time around.
‘Carol became a kind of mother figure to the other campmates and Helen found herself opening up to her.
‘She told Helen to follow her heart and put her children first. She advised that staying with someone just for the kids never works out. Of course they’ve got the kids and a huge history only time will tell if it’s over for good.’

Helen underwent a breast augmentation following her break up from the footballer.
In January, Helen said her decision to have a boob job was influenced by a reduction in her bust from an E cup to ‘not filling a B cup bra’ caused by breastfeeding.
She said in a vlog: ‘Hi, so I wanted to pop on here. I’m actually really nervous about sharing this actually but I’ve had a boob job.
‘I had it done on Thursday. Yeah, so I’m in recovery at the moment. I have been really nervous about sharing this, because you always get some, like, not very nice comments or what have you.
‘But yeah, it’s just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I have been really nervous about sharing this.
‘Obviously I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decided to do.
‘I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.’
