Fiona Falkiner gave fans a glimpse inside her kitchen cupboard on Tuesday.

The plus-size model, 40, documented the re-organisation of her pantry, which is filled with healthy snacks, numerous spices, and some Aussie staples.

She shared a before and after look of the space in a video posted to her Instagram after she spent the day organising it.

‘When you start something and regret it,’ she wrote alongside a picture of her kitchen benches filled with the contents of her cupboard.

Fiona followed it up with an after video of her pantry as she added: ‘But when it’s finished, it’s well worth it.’

The mum-of-two proved she doesn’t have time for influencer-level organisation, but instead revealed the reality of a working parent’s pantry.

On the bottom shelf she placed bowl filled with healthy organic fruits such as pears and oranges which she appeared to have picked herself.

Next to it were several rolls of paper towels, boxes of cling wrap and aluminium foil, as well as several cartons of different oat milk brands.

Tucked away in the back, hidden from sons Hunter and Spencer, who she shares with fiancée Hayley Willis, was a packet of popcorn and bottles of soda.

The next shelf up appeared to hold miscellaneous items, with four containers filled with pine nuts, taco seasoning, pepper and various other cooking products.

Above that sat a Lazy Susan overflowing with various spices next to cans of of Gravox and soup, and a container of protein bars and biscuit dip snacks.

Fiona’s four top shelves seemed to be the most organised, with one chock-full of Milo and children’s snacks, and another lined with containers of healthy cereals.

Another Lazy Susan held breakfast spreads including honey and peanut butter and yet another above that displayed Asian cooking sauces.

A miniature shelf near the top stored cans of beans, tuna tins, canned pineapple and lentils right next to her Aussie staples – tomato and barbeque sauce.

Finally, right on the top shelf, Fiona stored several containers of loose cooking ingredients out of reach of the kids, including flour, baking soda, and coconut oil.

Fiona shot to fame in 2006 as a contestant on The Biggest Loser Australia, which she later went on to host in 2015 and 2017.

In 2019, she became engaged to her current wife Hayley. They welcomed their son Hunter in 2021, and Spencer in August last year.
