Michelle Bridges enjoyed a relaxing day with her son Axel at Sydney‘s Milk Beach on Sunday.

The former Biggest Loser trainer, 52, showed off her toned physique in a colourful cut out swimsuit, which featured a low back.

The fitness guru protected herself from the sun with a hat as she relaxed on the sand while Axel played nearby.

She showed off her long pins and muscular arms in the swimsuit as she stood along the shore.

Axel wore a navy blue rash vest and light blue shorts as he ran along the sand at the beach.

Michelle shares her son with her partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis, who she split with in January 2020.

She recently discussed life as a single mother, telling Now To Love ahead of Mother’s Day last year: ‘I feel very blessed. It’s so corny but I feel like it’s Mother’s Day for me every day.’

‘I get to wake up with my son every day and he tells me he loves me every day, he hugs me, kisses me and calls me mumma … I’m his everything and he’s mine.’

Meanwhile, Michelle previously shared her exercise secrets and how to incorporate early morning workouts into your routine.

‘Working out in the AM means you’ll not only feel great all day knowing your workout is done and dusted, but you’ll be more relaxed too,’ Michelle told 9Honey Coach.

The fitness queen went on to suggest a simple way of adjusting to morning workouts after the alarm goes off.

‘Start small and do a day or two a week of morning workouts. This will help you build some routine and ease you into it. Once you start working out in the morning, you won’t ever look back. Consistency is always the key. Don’t give up,’ she said.

Michelle also described her fitness routine as ‘fairly regular’, but that she also mixes things up from time to time by adding in boxing, tennis or new classes.
