Moana Hope reveals her surprising career move and insists she’s ‘in a really good place’ following her split from model wife Isabella Carlstrom

Former AFLW star Moana Hope has scored a new job following her heartbreaking split from wife Isabella Carlstrom. 

Moana, 35, announced on Wednesday she’s set to host a new business radio show for the Disrupt network called Entrepreneur Her.

Moana will start hosting the show mid-next year and already knows a thing or two about business after running a successful traffic management company. 

‘I run my own business with 160 people who work for me and it’s quite large,’ Moana the The Herald Sun.

‘Any woman out there that is giving it a go I’ve got mad respect for.’

Moana said she’s excited for her new role and feels like a ‘kid in a candy shop’.

She also touched on her split with Isabella, saying: ‘I’ve had a lot going on but I’m in a really good place.’

She added that the couple are selling their Melbourne home as they go their separate ways, but still live close to one another so they can co-parent together.

Earlier this month, Moana released a statement on her Instagram stories after Isabella confirmed they were following in the footsteps of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin by ‘consciously uncoupling’.

‘Bell and I have separated. I understand that I live a public life and people may have questions, and whilst I live my life candidly, my main priority at this time is our beautiful children and I ask that you respect my privacy,’ she said in a statement.

She added: ‘We will continue to co-parent as we transition to this new phase of our lives. I appreciate all the love and support I have received.’

Isabella confirmed their heartbreaking split in her own statement.

‘It’s with a heavy heart that Mo and I have decided to separate. We will continue to raise out beautiful kids together as we consciously uncouple. We appreciate all the love and support over the years, thank you,’ she wrote.

‘Consciously uncoupling’ refers to an ‘amicable split’ and was made popular by Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin back in 2014 when they announced their shock breakup.

The sports star and the model tied the knot back in August 2019.
