The former NRL player is selling his Little Bay bachelor pad with a price guide of between $1.1 and $1.2 million.
The apartment, which Sam bought off the plan eight years ago, is located on the top floor of the luxurious Illume development.
Burgess paid $995,000 for the spacious 107sq m, two bedroom flat in 2015, so expects to make a profit.
The roomy apartment comes complete with ocean views and a balcony with a stunning vista.

Sam is moving because he wants a family home for himself, Lucy and their first child, which the couple expect to arrive soon.
The former Rabbitohs player proposed to Lucy just nine months after they went public with their relationship.
He proposed while they were on their babymoon in Fiji.
The NRL star revealed that he was extremely nervous when he asked the Leeds hairdresser to marry him.
Appearing on Channel 7’s Sunrise shortly after getting home from Fiji, Sam was asked how he proposed to Lucy, and how he got on.

While he kept the details private, he said: ‘I was very nervous actually, I dropped the ball so to speak, it was a great day, a great time away, we are both very happy.’
Sam, who is now an NRL coach, already shares two older children, Poppy, four, and Billy, three, with his ex-wife Phoebe Burgess (née Hooke).
Lucy recently made the decision to move Down Under from the UK permanently and it’s believed her pregnancy was the reason.
Sam, who was born in West Yorkshire, England, has known Lucy for about 20 years.
