Allison Holker, widower of the late Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, has been granted half of her late husband’s estate.
It comes after the 35-year-old dancer – who recently marked the first Easter without her spouse – filed a petition in February, two months after Boss took his life at age 40, Us Weekly reported on Friday.
The former Ellen Show producer did not leave a will, but a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County signed off on the mother-of-three’s request.
Allison proved she was married to Boss at the time of his death and was granted property passing rights.
It was also noted in the filing that ‘no administration of [the estate] is necessary.’

California law states that a surviving spouse has the right to half of their partner’s assets in the wake of the person’s death.
But the widow is required to file a petition to legally take over the finances and property.
Stephen’s assets included full ownership of Stephen Boss Productions and Allison also requested that she be awarded half of all of the entertainer’s current and future earnings.
The So You Think You Can Dance alum also declared that all ‘existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties.’
She added that she and her husband ‘had no written agreements between’ them that would have ‘impacted the determination that the assets were community property.’
Allison also highlighted in the filing that Stephen ‘had numerous projects and performed as dancer, choreographer, actor and producer which resulted in rights to royalties’ that should be allotted in part to her and her children.
The couple shared daughters Weslie, 14, Zaia, 3, and son Maddox, 7.
Holker included proof of the royalties with her petition, most of which came from Stephen Boss Productions, Us Weekly reported.

There is also potential for Boss’ surviving family members to earn royalties from rerun episodes of The Ellen Show.
The judge on the case stated: ‘The Court finds that sufficient evidence has been provided to grant the matter on the calendar this date based upon the reading of the moving papers and consideration of all presented evidence.’
Following the devastating news that Stephen had shot himself in a hotel bathroom on Dec. 13, Ellen DeGeneres shared a clip with fans that highlighted the dancer’s work on her talk show.
Ellen wrote on social media along with the recording, ‘Right now all I want to do is remember all the love and laughter I had with tWitch.
‘He brought so much joy to my life. I know he brought joy to yours too. I’m going to be sharing some of my favorite moments with him. If you want you can also share yours. #ILovetWitch.’
The tragedy came only three days after the dancer celebrated his ninth wedding anniversary with his wife.

Earlier this month Allison marked her family’s first Easter celebration since her husband’s passing by sharing intimate family snaps.
In an Instagram post, the dance pro uploaded photos photos of her children enjoying an Easter egg hunt.
Famous friends including Chrishell Stause, Naomi Campbell and Loni Love joined in the comments to wish the family a happy Easter.
‘tWitch’ was found dead in a motel room in Encino, California on December 13, 2022.
