The former Bachelor contestant shared a video of the moment James got down on one knee during their romantic vacation on the Italian island of Sardinia.
In the clip, a delighted Faith, who is 18 weeks pregnant, was surprised by James presenting her a diamond ring by the waterside.
The blonde looked stunning in a green frock and could not wipe the smile off her face as she accepted the proposal.

Telling followers she was expecting to welcome her new baby on November 23, Faith also posted a colour ultra sound picture of her baby.

Faith’s happy news came after the successful business entrepreneur suffered a set-back earlier this year.
She endured a nightmare Easter after the trendy hair salon she owns was ransacked by burglars.
Faith, who featured on Richie Strahan’s season of the Channel 10 dating show in 2016, owns two salons in Brisbane and was horrified to discover last April that one of them had been broken into over the weekend.
Thousands of dollars was stolen from her Blondee Salon in Newstead and it has left the reality TV star distraught.

The business owner told Daily Mail Australia that she discovered the salon had been robbed when she arrived to work in the morning after the long weekend.
‘The thieves stole thousands of dollars worth of laptops, equipment, cash, hot tools, sonos speakers, and a lot of products and made a mess of everything,’ she said.
Faith previously thanked The Bachelor for giving her the opportunity to launch her successful business Blondee.
Two years ago, she told The Wash: ‘I guess I leveraged off the Bachelor to do my own thing. I have the show to thank for the exposure.’
