The 42-year-old singer looked lovely in the long dress with thin straps, plunging neckline and large triangular side cutouts.
The former Destiny’s Child member accessorized with multiple necklaces, rings and bracelets and completed her stylish outfit with open-toed golden shoes with circular heels.
Kelly had her short dark hair parted down the middle and straight down and also carried a grey purse.
She flashed her cute smile after showing her generosity by giving the valet a tip.

Kelly in June headlined the English Mighty Hoopla music festival in London and shared top billing with English electro band Years & Years.

It was announced in February that Kelly would star in Tyler Perry’s upcoming Netflix legal drama, Mea Culpa.
Kelly has been married to husband Tim Weatherspoon since 2014 and they have eight-year-old son Titan and two-year-old son Noah together.
The singer was part of Destiny’s Child with Beyoncé, 41, when it formed as a quartet and remained with the group when it became a trio with Michelle Williams, 44.
