Melbourne Demons captain Max Gawn and his wife Jessica announce they’re expecting their second child together
Max Gawn and his wife Jessica are expecting their second child, less than years after welcoming their son, George.
The Melbourne Demons captain made the announcement alongside Jessica in an Instagram post this week.
‘Another little Gawn to love’ Jessica wrote in the caption alongside an image of herself and the AFL star, 31, in which she showed off her baby bump.
A short clip also captured the moment that little George, one, was shown an ultrasound image of his new sibling.
The pair announced the arrival of their first child together, George Oliver Gawn, in October 2021.

In one photo, the proud dad carried his baby boy as they posed for a family photo with Jessica.
He also shared another image of George wrapped up in a blanket while sleeping.
Max married his partner Jessica on New Years Day at Mornington Peninsula in 2020.

The couple sold their Melbourne townhouse for $945,000 on Christmas Eve.
They have since moved to the seaside suburb of Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula.
Max is a well-known AFL identity who made his debut in the sport in 2011.
He quickly rose to the ranks of captain of the Melbourne-based Demons at the start of the 2020 season and has led them on a 9-1 victory streak.
