Thierry Henry admits he’s still slightly worried about Arsenal’s game against Chelsea later in the season.

With only 11 rounds of fixtures left, Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal are separated by only two points at the top of the Premier League table.

It’s a fascinating title race unfolding that may go the distance.

Chelsea have already played Liverpool and Man City home and away this season, earning three draws and losing just once. Also, Mauricio Pochettino’s side recorded a 2-2 draw the first time they faced Arsenal earlier this campaign.

Despite the fact the Blues sit 11th in the league during a very poor year, they do tend to compete well against better teams. It’s when the onus is on them to go win a match that they really struggle.

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has highlighted his former club’s game against Chelsea as one of the hardest left in their run-in. In particular, he’s explained how the Blues suit playing teams that dominate possession.

When discussing Arsenal’s remaining league fixtures, Henry told Sky Sports: “That will be a tricky one (Chelsea at home) because Chelsea play ever so well against teams that are on the ball, especially away from home.”

Chelsea threat

Speaking via Football.London back in October, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta spoke very positively about Chelsea and their potential.

Unfortunately, the Blues haven’t been able to kick on or find any kind of consistency this year.

We’ve got the tools to hurt the top teams, particularly on the counter-attack. However, we’d have little confidence when coming up against this in-form Arsenal team right now, who’ve been on fire so far in 2024.

Let’s see how the team gets on in the next few weeks following a switch to a back three system at the weekend versus Brentford. We’ve seen in the past some brilliant Chelsea sides using this formation.
