Pundit Chris Sutton has now claimed that he is not too impressed with what he has recently heard about Chelsea owner Todd Boehly.
He told ‘The Monday Night Club’ that he was not a huge fan of the American attending the first Formula One race of the season which was at the same time as their most recent Premier League game.
Boehly was not in attendance as the Blues made the short trip across West London to take on Brentford on Saturday.
He did not see Nicolas Jackson give them the lead in the first half, before Axel Disasi rescued a point in the final ten minutes.
Instead, the American was spotted at the first Formula One race of the season in Bahrain, where Max Verstappen cruised to victory for Red Bull.
While most will have had absolutely no issue with this scenario, Sutton seemed to not be a fan of him not attending the game.
Sutton not impressed by Boehly
He said: “He was at the F1 Todd Boehly at the weekend? Well if your team is doing badly, wouldn’t you rather see your owner visible. He can have a life but…”

Boehly made a name for himself as being a somewhat overbearing figure at Stamford Bridge last season, as he frequently checked in on how his new side were getting on.
Many believe things crossed the line when he began entering the changing room after games.
One notable example saw him make an example of Raheem Sterling in front of his teammates, stating he had been expecting a lot more from a player he believed was world-class.
The players will likely actually be a fan of the pressure being off by not having a looming figure at every game they play, however it may be advisable for Boehly in the future to not attend events at the exact same time as Chelsea games.
