Coldplay 2023: How you can get your hands on tickets to see the band’s only Australian concert in Perth
Coldplay announced on Tuesday they will be bringing their Music of the Spheres World Tour to Perth in November for a special performance.
The British rock band posted a video on YouTube telling their 25 million subscribers they will be performing at Optus Stadium.
The beloved group last performed in Australia in 2016, and this concert will be their first in the WA capital since February 2009.
And given the popularity of the band, the gig is sure to sell out all 60,000 seats.
Now details have emerged of how fans can get their hands on tickets to the concert.

Coldplay will play a special one-off performance in Perth on Saturday, November 18.
When are tickets being released?
Presale begins at 10am on Monday, May 15 and will run through until 9am, Tuesday May 16.

Is Perth Coldplay’s only Australia show?
Perth will be the band’s only concert in Australia.
While the financial details to bring the band to Perth remain undisclosed, Tourism Minister Roger Cook expressed optimism that the concert would drive international tourism revenue into Western Australia.
The State Government will launch an advertising blitz to nearby Asian markets, including Singapore and New Zealand.
‘This is a major coup for WA as it’s a national exclusive. For one night only Coldplay will be performing here at Optus Stadium,’ Mr Cook said.
