They listed “no community assets” to negotiate and divided their assets so that each person kept what was theirs. Additionally, a prenuptial agreement that was in effect is mentioned in the paperwork. No one is asking for spousal support. They divide their joint accounts equally and close them, keeping any money in their individual bank accounts. On August 11, they will be able to live independently.

In September, Snow, 37, and Stanaland, 33, posted identical messages on Instagram to announce their split.

“In the past year I went through probably the hardest mental health challenge I’ve ever faced. In one day, in a matter of hours, my life turned completely upside down,” she said in May. “I was blindsided and everything I thought I knew, held sacred and truly trusted in my life was completely different.”

“A couple days later my grandmother passed away and I think every thing I knew about mental health was tested,” added Snow. “Thank God for my friends. I don’t know if I would have made it without them. They reminded me who I was and the things I stood for.”

Regarding her anonymous Pitch Perfect companion, Snow stated, “The last year has been really tricky for me, and one of the girls, just, you know, opened up her door and I just fell down to the ground and just cried and laid there. And she basically nursed me back to health for like four days. And it wasn’t the one that I thought was going to be able to do that, either.”

The money Brittany Snow received from “Pitch Perfect” will be included in her divorce settlement. In March 2020, just as the global COVID-19 pandemic lockdown was beginning, the actress wed Tyler Stanaland. Sadly, the couple gave notice of their separation in September of last year.

In January, the actress from “Hairspray” formally filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Snow will be entitled to keep her leased Audi, her airline miles, and her rewards point in addition to all of the money she made from “Pitch Perfect,” according to recent court records that The Blast has seen.

Brittany Snow will be leaving the divorce with all of her credit card points and airline miles intact, according to court documents that The Blast obtained. Additionally, she will not be required to share any residuals from her extensive body of work with her ex-partner. According to court documents:

“All intellectual property owned and/or created by Petitioner, which shall include but not be limited to, Petitioner’s interest in her name, voice, and likeness, patents, trademarks, copyrights, service marks, trade names, books, writings, recordings, publishing rights, streaming rights, Videos, Video-games, artwork, drawings, and any and all other intellectual property of Petitioner or related to her name, including any income emanating therefrom, including but not limited to residuals and royalties.”

Additionally, she will be able to keep her leased 2022 Audi 5. Additionally, she will continue to be in charge of “All airline miles, rewards points, and all other credit card points on credit cards in Petitioner’s name and on credit cards in the name of entities owned by Petitioner.”
