Carter Rhoad (age 30, 1993 – April 27, 2024) was a professional in the technology services and management sector, hailing from San Diego, California. He served as the Director of Workforce Solutions at ITCO Solutions, Inc., a notable company in the industry.

Carter, Jake, and Callum were killed trying to stop thieves from stealing their tires
Mexican authorities claim that Carter Rhoad and his Australian friends Callum Robinson, and Jake Robinso were fatally shot while attempting to stop thieves who were attempting to steal their tires. The trio was camping near a beach at the time of the incident.
According to Mexican authorities, the trio was shot during a confrontation with robbers who targeted their vehicle.
Subsequently, their bodies were discovered disposed of in a well atop a cliff, with each victim suffering a single gunshot wound to the head.
Authorities have disclosed the discovery of a fourth body in the well, the identity of which is currently being established as investigations progress.
Police have arrested three suspects in connection with the murders: Jess Gerardo Garcia Cota (known as El Kekas), his girlfriend Ari Gisel Garcia Cota, and Christian Alejandro Garcia, Jess’s brother. They are facing kidnapping charges as the investigation continues.
