A photo of a suspected Chicago criminal is going viral on X (formerly Twitter) after he gave a menacing smile in his mug shot.
Daily Loud posted the mugshot on their X page yesterday with the caption, ‘Chicago man’s mugshot is going viral.’
The man, who was wearing a black sweatshirt, smiled while staring straight at the camera.
The photo has received more than 16 million views and nearly 150,000 likes on X.
Daily Loud did not release any information about the suspect, and it is unclear if has been tried for his alleged crime.

X (formerly Twitter) users believe that the Chicago criminal in the photo is guilty for everything that has gotten him into police custody
The crime rate in Chicago have improved over the past 10 years, but according to a recent analysis, the crimes in that city have become more violent.
A major increase in thefts has occurred between 2021 and 2022.
However, according to the Illinois Policy Institute, Chicagoans already reported 13 percent more overall crimes between January 1 and August 31, 2023 than during the first eight months of 2022.
X users are not sure what happened, but what they overwhelmingly seem to believe he did whatever he was accused of.
‘Whatever they said he did HE DID IT,’ wrote an X user.
Commenters have even begun making their own memes using his pic.
Others have called him ‘a villain’ and one user even brought up that the criminal’s evilness is ‘in his eyes.’
‘It is the eyes – AND that cruel smile. That is scary,’ one person wrote.
X users who believe that the criminal should be ‘locked up’ have also joked about his photo and made references to Usher and Swizz Beatz.
Their comment has received more than 150,000 views.

Others have compared his photo to movies such as Smile and Dennis the Menace.
