Emergency services discovered the man outside a Buchanan Place home just after 4.30am.
Paramedics tried to revive the man, but he died at the scene.
Homicide detectives are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the death and a crime scene has been established.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
