A man has been arrested after a stolen car crashed in Sydney’s south-west overnight.

At about 11pm, police were called to Crowley Boulevard in Claymore.

They were told a man had been threatened by two people, one wielding a replica gun, who stole his car.

As police investigated, the stolen car crashed a short time later at Badgally Road, Campbelltown.

Two men fled, chased by police on foot.

One man was arrested at Blaxland Road, Campbelltown.

Investigations are ongoing.
