A 35-year-old auto electrician has been charged after pipe bombs were found in a storage shed near Brisbane.

Queensland Police stormed a storage shed in Brendale, Moreton Bay yesterday and found what they called up to three “suspicious devices”.

The building was evacuated and streets were locked down as the bomb squad was called in.

Auto-electrician Ethan Brumley was taken into custody after three pipe bombs were found. (Nine)

Three pipe bombs were found and destroyed, police said.

Auto-electrician Ethan Brumley was taken into custody and charged with three counts of unlawful dealings with explosives.

He faced Brisbane’s Magistrates Court today and made no bail application.

He also faces multiple other charges.

Brumley has been remanded in custody to face court again next month.
