Police will allege that between November 2022 and July 2023, a 24-year-old Campwin Beach man had intimate relationships with multiple women after meeting them online.
He is accused of knowingly transmitting a serious disease to women on two occasions.
The man was arrested in Sarina on Tuesday.
He was charged with multiple offences, including domestic violence breaches.
Police are urging any alleged victims who have had similar experiences to come forward.
The investigation continues.
