Christine Quinn, a real estate agent and star of the Netflix series “Selling Sunset,” has accused her estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, of violating a temporary restraining order (TRO) by sending someone to spy on her.

The allegations were made in a court filing on June 5, 2024, which revealed that an unknown man was captured on Quinn’s video doorbell footage trespassing on her property on May 27, 2024. This individual was later identified as having accompanied Dumontet from a court appearance on June 4, 2024.

According to the court documents, Quinn had recently installed surveillance cameras on her property to ensure that Dumontet and his agents abided by the terms of the TRO, which included staying 100 yards away from her home.

On May 27, Quinn received an alert on her cell phone that a person was on her property. Although she was not at home at the time, she watched the stranger from her phone application, describing him as a complete stranger who was not associated with Dumontet. The man was seen snooping around her garage and pool area, which are not publicly accessible.

Quinn claims that she was left “terrified” by the intrusion and did not file a police report. Instead, she retained the doorbell footage as evidence.

On June 4, Quinn recognized the same individual in photographs published by Us Weekly, accompanying Dumontet as they left his arraignment for child abuse and assault charges. The court document states that Dumontet “sent an agent on his behalf to the property to effectively spy on Mrs. Quinn” and that the May 27 trespassing constitutes a violation of the DVRO and contempt of court.

Quinn’s attorney, Jaqueline Sparagna, filed a notice in Los Angeles County Superior Court on June 5, stating that Dumontet’s actions were a clear violation of the TRO and that he had “willfully violated” the conditions of the order.

Dumontet’s attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, responded by saying that Quinn’s allegations were part of a pattern of “wild, seemingly paranoid allegations” against Dumontet, highlighting Quinn’s inability to locate him and her claims that she has not heard from him since March.

Quinn has not pressed charges yet but plans to do so if the unwanted visits continue. She is seeking a future hearing date to address these violations and ensure her safety and that of her son. The situation remains complicated, with both parties involved in legal proceedings and allegations of domestic violence and surveillance.

Christine Quinn And Christian Dumontet Relationship

Christine Quinn and Christian Dumontet, her husband, have been in the spotlight recently due to their tumultuous relationship. The couple, who tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony in December 2019, which was featured on Season Three of “Selling Sunset,” have been dealing with marital issues and legal disputes.

In March 2024, Dumontet was arrested at their Los Angeles home over a domestic dispute involving Quinn and their two-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Dumontet threw a bag containing a glass bottle at Quinn, missing her but hitting their child, causing injury.

Although the child was initially treated at the scene, he was later taken to the ER to further treat his injuries. Dumontet was booked on assault with a deadly weapon and released after posting bail, reportedly set at $30,000.

Following his arrest, Dumontet filed for divorce from Quinn, citing irreconcilable differences, and requested sole legal and physical custody of their son. Quinn, however, has accused Dumontet of violating a temporary restraining order (TRO) by allegedly dispatching an acquaintance to surveille her current residence.

The court document alleges that Dumontet sent an agent to the property to effectively spy on Quinn, which she claims left her feeling terrified.

Dumontet has denied the allegations, stating that Quinn filed a false police report with fabricated allegations of domestic violence in an attempt to gain an upper hand in potential divorce and custody proceedings. He also claimed that there have never been incidents of domestic violence within the relationship.

The couple has been ordered to attend mediation ahead of their upcoming court hearing in their domestic violence case. Quinn has accused Dumontet of violating the TRO by sending an agent to her home, which she claims is a violation of the court’s orders. Dumontet’s attorney has responded, stating that Quinn’s allegations are part of a pattern of wild and seemingly paranoid claims against Dumontet.

The couple’s relationship has been marked by controversy, with Quinn expressing disappointment over how their wedding was portrayed on “Selling Sunset.” They have a son together, born in May 2021, and have also launched a real estate company, RealOpen, which facilitates both purchasing and selling assets using cryptocurrency.
