Celebrity First Dates star, 33, is still missing 20 days after he was last seen in London as police ask for help to find him

Police are urgently hunting a missing Celebrity First Dates star who was last seen 20 days ago. 

Patrick ‘Paddy’ White, 33, from Gloucestershire, was last seen in Bishopsgate in central London on June 29 and his family are ‘increasingly concerned’ about his welfare.

He had previously been seen in the Deptford Park area of the city on the same day.

He is still missing as of Wednesday morning, meaning it has been 20 days since he was last sighted.  

Mr White, who is considered ‘vulnerable’, featured on Channel 4’s Celebrity First Dates in 2016, where he was matched up with Batley Bulldogs rugby player Keegan Hirst.

Gloucestershire Police described him as 5ft 11ins tall, white and of slim build with short, blond, wavy hair.

Paddy’s friend, Callum MacLeod, took to Facebook to issue an emotional appeal for his whereabouts, admitting his ‘heart is breaking’ as the search continues. 

Callum said: ‘Hi all. I can’t believe I’m having to write/share this, but my friend Paddy has gone missing.

‘Please if anyone of the people I know in London know or have seen him please contact me or the link or both. My heart is breaking please help if you know anything. Can you please share this.’

Mr White, from Cirencester, Gloucestershire, often travels long distances by train and is known to visit Brighton and London, police said. 

On his First Dates stint, online fitness guru Paddy, then 28, became nervous when he was sent on a date with celebrity rugby player Keegan, having recognised him as he walked in. 

Paddy became increasingly chatty as they sat down for a meal, admitting afterwards that he was talking for around ’70 percent’ of the time on the Channel 4 show date. 

In his introductory clip, Paddy said: ‘I probably take about ten selfies a day. I update people when I’m making a sandwich. I update people when I’m putting the kettle on.’

A police statement said that family members are becoming ‘increasingly concerned’ for Paddy’s welfare

Despite having a few serious moments as well as some laughs, the two ultimately decided not to see each other again.  

A police statement said that members of his family were ‘increasingly concerned’ about his welfare.

It added: ‘Officers ask anyone who is with Patrick at the time, or think he is in immediate danger, to call 999 quote incident 532 of 8 July.

‘If you saw him recently and don’t consider him to be in immediate danger, call 101 and ask for Gloucestershire Constabulary.’
