In 2021, the app Cameo launched its shout out service, connecting fans with their favourite celebrities – but it comes at a cost.

Some of those who have used the service – owned by parent company Baron App Inc – are skateboarding legend Tony Hawk as well as James.

Cameo saw an explosion of use during lockdown when many celebrities found themselves temporarily out-of-work due to restrictions.

The platform saw a rise of 77 percent more actors, athletes, musicians and comedians signing up to the service.

Danny recently sent EastEnders fans into a frenzy after he dropped a major hint that his iconic character, Mick Carter, could return to the infamous Albert Square.

Despite being kept busy with the Football Factory sequel, Danny seems keen to come back as he left a cryptic comment on his show wife’s Instagram last month.

In soap scenes reminiscent of Den and Angie, the Queen Vic landlord was married to troubled alcoholic, Linda Carter.
