A man has drowned in the surf at South Curl Curl on Sydney‘s northern beaches. 

The man, aged in his 60s, was pulled from water on Tuesday morning, Sky News reported. 

The man was given CPR on the beach. 

He could not be revived.  

Paramedics rushed to the scene via helicopter. 

A report will be prepared by the Coroner.
