Missing real estate agent, 28, is found ALIVE and safe after vanishing without a trace for more than a week

The family of a real estate agent who has been missing for more than a week have shared the woman is ‘safe and alive’.

Leesa Forrest, 28, was last contacted about 12:30pm on February 1 and was last seen at her workplace at Ray White Narrabeen on Sydney‘s northern beaches.

Her Facebook page was disabled, her phone turned off and she had not been in touch with any friends or family until now.

The 28-year-old’s sister Lauren Forrest took to social media on Friday to share the good news that their father had heard from the missing woman.

‘Leesa has made contact with my father,’ the post read.

‘She’s safe on Mid North Coast. Happy she is safe, alive and can’t wait to give her a big cuddle.’

Officers from Northern Beaches PAC launched an investigation after Ms Forrest’s disappearance was out of character.

A NSW Police spokeswoman told NCA NewsWire they were still investigating Ms Forrest’s disappearance.

Despite this, her sister Lauren thanked everyone for their ongoing support during the search.

‘Thank you every single one of you who have shared, messaged and been actively searching,’ Lauren Forrest said.

‘What a community we have.

‘The massive love and support of the community (is) very overwhelming.

‘Truly grateful and appreciative every single one of you.

‘Hope is powerful.’

NSW Police stated officers believed Ms Forrest was driving a white Holden Cruze with NSW plates BJ-58-QQ, and is known to frequent Newport and Narrabeen.

Ms Forrest’s landlord said she has not returned home in more than a week.

Her boss at Ray White Narrabeen Michael Ferguson told NCA NewsWire on Thursday he and Ms Forrest’s colleagues were ‘obviously really concerned’ for her welfare.

Mr Ferguson described the real estate agent as a ‘lovely’ woman.
