They’re at it again: XR activists throw pink paint over City office while waving ‘End Corruption’ banners in latest climate change stunt
- Protestors daubed the headquarters of UK Finance in City of London with paint
- Police have made a number of arrests following this morning’s demonstration
Extinction Rebellion protestors today threw pink paint over the outside of an office in the heart of the City of London in the group’s latest climate change stunt.
The activists waved ‘End Corruption’ banners as they daubed the headquarters of UK Finance at Angel Court, near Bank, in paint.
A large sticker reading ‘corrupt’ was also plastered on the window of the building amid concerns amid concerns against the banking industry.
As of now six people have been arrested.
