The situation is getting worse! There is little doubt that Shakira (46) wanted to hit her ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué (36) and his girlfriend Clara Chia Marti with her explosive song “Rolex vs. Casio”. The reason for her diss song: The footballer is said to have cheated on the Colombian singer with his 23-year-old assistant. Insiders are now reporting what Clara’s family and friends have to say about the incident!
A source told Spanish-American TV channel Univision that the family was not happy about the song: “They don’t think it’s funny, that’s clear. But they really don’t care.” Her parents would “disparagingly” refer to Shakira as “Piqué’s ex” but are said to be delighted with their daughter’s relationship. A friend added: “Clara has never said anything [about the incident] and will never do so. She’s a lady.”
And although the sources stress that Clara is fine and “her daily life hasn’t changed,” Piqué’s girlfriend has had to visit the Quironsalud Hospital in Barcelona. Encounters with Shakira fans triggered anxiety attacks in the student, for which she had to seek psychological help.
