Hulk Hogan (69) finally puts an end to the rumors! After the former wrestling pro had surgery on his back, colleague Kurt Angle, 54, claimed he was paralyzed from the waist down after the procedure and would never walk again. But the athlete’s management directly denied this statement. The patient himself has already reported to his fans with a positive update. And these pictures now refute the claims once and for all: Hogan has been sighted for the first time since the surgery – and upright!
Paparazzi spotted the 69-year-old on the streets of Miami on Friday. Hogan may need an extra tall cane after his back surgery – but he’s obviously still able to walk! Apart from the walker, the American even looks quite fit and content in the photos. The recordings were already doing the rounds on Twitter: “He is and will always be a fighter! So strong, Hulk !” Cheered one of the many fans.
How Kurt figured out that his colleague might be paralyzed is unclear. On Twitter, some Hogan fans accuse him of a smear campaign: “He just wanted to make Hulk look weak!” and “Cobbler, stick to your last – and don’t claim anything you have no idea about,” two users annoyed.
