The victim gave his statement to The New Orleans Advocate saying he just said,” Oh, Mike Epps!” and the next thing he knew was that Mike was hitting him in the face.
According to the police statement given to The Advocate,” As they we walking towards each other ( The Virginia Man) put his right hand out on Mr. Epps as if he was trying to stop him, Mr. Epps pushed the man’s hand as if he was saying not to touch him. Then (the man) stepped closer to Mr. Epps’s face and verbal words were passed between the two males. Subsequently, Mr. Epps punched him three times with a closed right fist.”
The police added that the video showed the comedian pinning the victim between two roulette tables before punching him five times.
In addition, the comedian has several past histories where he was sent to prison. The star even shared a mugshot picture of him on his Instagram when he was sent to jail in 1989 for selling drugs.
The American actor said in his post,” I been trying to be a king pen for a long time but God’s gift got in the way. I did 2 years in Marioni country jail I never knew I would be famous and an inspiration to someone else.”
