Priscilla Presley has filed contentious legal documents to administer the estate of her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley.
The Los Angeles Superior Court filed last week questioned the legality of Lisa Marie Presley’s 2016 amendment to the living trust that removed Priscilla Presley and the former business administrator as trustees and replaced Lisa with two older children. Mary Presley Riley Keough and Benjamin Keough all died or were disabled. Benjamin Keough passed away in 2020.

A living trust is a form of estate planning that allows a person to control their assets while they are alive but distribute them when they die.
As it appears in the case of Lisa Marie Presley if a free will was not filed it would have served as a death warrant.

Business manager Barry Siegel plans to resign the filing says leaving Priscilla Presley 77 and Riley Keough 33 as co-trustees under the trust’s previous terms.

However how valuable the inheritance is is not clear. In 2018 Lisa Marie Presley filed a lawsuit alleging mismanagement of the Seagull Trust said to be worth more than $100 million but most of it has been paid.
