Adele Adkins (34) causes a stir again. The ‘Rolling In The Deep’ singer is known for not holding back and expressing her feelings with her meaningful facial expressions and gestures. Most recently at the Grammys, she had an invaluable reaction when she found out about American singer SZA, 32’s, career path, and was caught laughing when Trevor Noah made an embarrassing faux pas. And Adele was noticed again at the Super Bowl!
Adele, sitting alongside her American boyfriend Rich Paul, 41, was seen throwing a tantrum before making what appeared to be a “shhh” gesture. Many would-be lipreaders were trying to figure out exactly what she was saying – and to whom. Two men stood behind the singer drinking beer, leading some people on Twitter to speculate she may have meant the men. Others, however, claim that Adele tried to silence the other guests around her.
“I don’t want to hear that,” tweeted another suggestion of what her gesture meant, while another person claimed Adele meant something along the lines of, “Everybody shut up, Rihanna, 34, is about to perform.” Other users allege that Adele meant she was only there for her colleague Rihanna’s appearance.
