Kristel Candelario is a 31-year-old resident of Cleveland, U.S. She is a mother of a 16-month-old daughter Jailyn, whom she left alone at home for ten days.
Kristel went on vacation to Puerto Rico and Detroit while she left her baby girl alone at home in Cleveland.
The children need special attention and care from their parents, but little Jailyn couldn’t get the love and care that she deserved.
On June 16, 2023, after Kristel returned from vacation, she found her child extremely dehydrated, weak and unresponsive and called 911 for help.
After investigators arrived at that location, she agreed that she left her daughter alone and went on vacation for so many days.
The police confirmed that the little girl was already dead at the scene and her paper pen was filled with filthy blankets urine and feces.
Later Kristel Candelario was arrested and charged with the murder of her child Jailyn.

According to New York Post, Kristel’s parents recently took her oldest daughter on vacation with them. It was not the first time that Kritel’s had left her child alone at home but their neighbors usually told her to not to do so.

From her neighborhood, it was claimed that Jailyn was an adorable kid always smiling and happy.
According to The U.S. Sun, Iris and her 13-year-old daughter from the neighborhood had taken care of Jailyn for some days in August 2022. At that time, Kristels left Jailyn with Iris for weeks without answering any calls.
Iris’s daughter also mentioned that Jailyn was a sweet kid and she missed her a lot. She was very sad and said that innocent Jailyn did not deserve that at all.
Sadly, because of Kristel’s carelessness, her daughter died at such a young age. If Kristel’s parents had also given attention to Jailyn over that time, this would not have happened. Lastly, we wish the young blood to be at rest in peace.
