As the pre-season tour of the United States approaches, the Chelsea players are getting back into the swing of things at Cobham.

Enzo Maresca will be keen to get a look at every player he has available to him before any decisions are made about their immediate futures.

It looks as if an opportunity has been extended to a number of the academy products to make an impression. Kiano Dyer has been spotted in training, as well as a host of other youngsters.

New signings have begun to filter into the setup too, with Renato Veiga making his first appearance amongst his peers.

Marc Guiu seen in Chelsea training for first time

It looks as if another new name has started life at the club. Chelsea’s official Twitter page has shown Marc Guiu in action for the first time.

Enzo Maresca was reportedly a key factor in signing Guiu, with him not content in going into next season without sufficient striking options.

It remains to be seen whether he remains as part of the first team squad for next season, or if his immediate future is away from Stamford Bridge.

Sevilla are reportedly interested in bringing Guiu in on loan, after he showed plenty of promise as part of the Barcelona setup.

Chelsea may try and sign another striker

It is currently unclear as to if Chelsea are going to make another signing in the striker position that is more likely to challenge for regular minutes going forwards.

Victor Osimhen has always been a name that has been admired by Chelsea for months now, however it did look as if they were straying away from the deal due to the financial complications surrounding a deal.

However, the signing still feels as if it cannot be ruled out, especially with reports swirling that Napoli are keen on signing Romelu Lukaku in order to reunite him with their new manager Antonio Conte.
